Welcome to the office of Dr. Lisha Bullard Morris. I'm a licensed psychologist with over 12 years experience in providing comprehensive psychological evaluations to children, adolescents, and young adults. I specialize in assessing for autism spectrum disorder, learning disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, and other social emotional concerns. I am located in Moyock, NC, approximately 2 miles from the VA border. I am happy to serve northeastern NC and the Hampton Roads area of VA. My office is located at 109 Currituck Commercial Drive, Suite D Moyock, NC 27958.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Secondary Education, followed by my MA in Clinical Psychology from Appalachian State University. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Witchita State University. I completed my predoctoral internship at The University of Tennessee Professional Psychology Internship Consortium, and my postdoctoral fellowship with Prisma Health in South Carolina within the Department of Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics. I gained extensive training and experience in assessing for a variety of neurodevelopmental and behavioral concerns. I have remained employed in hospital settings providing outpatient therapy and assessment services to children, adolescents, and their families.
Services
Comprehensive and Collaborative Psychological Assessment
$175 clinical interview $200 per testing hour
Your child's psychological assessment will integrate empirical data with qualitative observations. You and your child will participate in an initial interview session, at which time Dr. Morris will determine the appropriate assessment battery based on your concerns and schedule your testing session. A feedback session will be scheduled approximately 2 weeks after the testing session to review any diagnoses, provide individual treatment recommendations, and answer questions. You will be provided with a copy of the evaluation report, and Dr. Morris will remain available to answer any questions following the feedback session.

- I do not submit preauthorizations or file insurance. I will provide a superbill that you may submit to insurance for potential reimbursement.
- Fees for the comprehensive evaluation are $175 for the interview, and $200 for each testing hour. Testing includes informant rating scales, direct testing, scoring and interpretation of test results, report writing, and testing feedback session. If you have questions regarding potential cost of a comprehensive evaluation, please call to speak directly to Dr. Morris to discuss your concerns and provide an estimate of expected cost. Payment for the interview is due at the time of the interview, and payment for testing is due at the time of testing. Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, and credit card.
- Depending on the concerns, teacher rating scales will be provided for you to request your child's teacher to complete. Please return the day of testing.
- Appointments available Saturdays and Mondays, with some limited availability during holidays and school breaks.
- I do not conduct Court ordered evaluations.

- Eat breakfast. You are welcome to bring snacks to the testing session.
- If you are prescribed psychotropic medication please take it as prescribed.
- If you are prescribed hearing or vision aids please wear them.
